Is this the Waldo Rapist?

Is this the man that the women of Waldo have feared for the last 8 months or so? Well, we do know this, Bernard Jackson was captured after a short foot pursuit on Wednesday May 5, 2010. Jackson was inside a house in the 3200 block of Thompson, an acquaintance’s house, and officers saw him walk out the rear door of the house.
This man has been charged in association with 4 rapes dating back to 1983 & ’84 in the Kansas City area. Even the Waldo area they are saying. The charges in these cases are: 6 counts of rape, 5 counts of sodomy, and 4 counts of robbery.
The police say that good detective work led them to Jackson, but many are critical of how long the KCMO police worked to find a man that has a history of rape and is in their system already. The editorialists of the Kansas City Star are really getting their Jimmy off on this one.
KCMO Police are still being quiet, so for now, we shall wait and see when or if he gets charged with the latest Waldo rapes. I have to say though, that pic above sure is similar to the pic below…
Zoey Zane killer gets Life w/o Parole

Zoey Zane was a teen porn model. Emily Sander, born in Olathe, was a student at Butler Community College in El Dorado, Kansas.
Much to the family’s surprise, Emily was Zoey.
Today they are both dead.
Isreal Mireles and Emily Saunder were last seen leaving an east El Dorado bar together on the night of November 23, 2007. That would be the last time Sander was seen alive.
Isreal Mireles worked as a waiter in an Italian restaurant in El Dorado. It was a at a motel room next to this restaurant that blood was found in Mireles’ room. Sander’s car was found still parked at the bar and the rental car Mireles was driving was found abandoned on November 27, 2007 in Vernon Tx where he had relatives.
Sander’s body was found six days after her disappearance, on November 29, 50 miles east of El Dorado.
24-year-old Mireles was captured by Mexican Police with his pregnant 16 yo girlfriend in Mexico on December 19, 2007.
The trial for Mireles was held the week of February 8-12, 2010. He was charged with capital murder, rape and aggravated criminal sodomy. He was convicted on February 12, 2010 of rape and capital murder; the aggravated sodomy charge was dropped as part of the capital murder charge. On March 31st, 2010, he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Carl W. Misner – Child Molester

Carl Misner has been convicted of:
Sexual Exploitation Child; Poss Visual child less than 18
Sexual Exploitation Child; Poss Visual child less than 18
Aggravated Indecent Liberties/Child less than 14;Fondling
What that translates to is possession of Child Pornography, and fondling a child under the age of 14. This particular case hits close to home for me and I am happy to see this piece of shit behind bars. I am saddened that because of a plea deal he could be released as soon as Jun 26, 2015.
Amazing to me that someone with some drugs, any drugs, gets more time than this child predator. Absolutely terrible it works that way. Trust me that this guy should never see freedom again. Unfortunately, we don’t always get what we want.
