Jill Conaghan

Long story short is a woman at the beginning of her life allegedly hit and killed a women who had lived a long life. The story is riddled with tragedy. I don’t know how much it plays into it, but I will tell you that it seems OP Public Works knew they had a problem in this area and I can guarantee if that is true, the knowledge of this as a hazardous road will come up in trial. Full story on KCTV 5 here.
