Darius Parish is a Sophmore KU Football Lineman charged with Felony Criminal Threat. The University of Kansas has acknowledged Parish’s involvement but that is all.
Parish was released on $7,500 bail. His preliminary hearing will take place on Jan. 7.

It seems that all charges have been terminated and a Diversion agreement has been reached. Dated 3-2-10.
